Woman dies after car collides with truck in Donegal

A woman in her 20s has been killed in a road crash in Co Donegal this morning.

The accident happened on the N13, the main Letterkenny to Sligo Road, at around 7am when the car she was driving crashed into a truck.

The woman's body has removed to Letterkenny General Hospital. The driver of the truck was not injured.

The road is currently closed to allow a Garda Forensic Collision Examination.

Gardaí are appealing for witnesses.
