Cabinet waives confidentiality to allow AG to appear at Banking Inquiry

The Cabinet has agreed to waive its confidentiality, to allow the former attorney general to give evidence at the Banking Inquiry.

A Government decision was needed to allow Paul Gallagher to give evidence around the legal advice he gave to ministers.
