Recaptured inmate ordered to spend another two years in jail

A violent inmate, who was recaptured weeks after escaping from a prison van last year, is to serve an extra two years in jail for an armed robbery in Dublin.

Lee McDonnell of Lough Conn Road, Ballyfermot has been given a six-year sentence with one year suspended by the Court of Appeal.
