Children at risk of abuse in asylum centres 'unacceptable' say Tusla

The Chief Executive of Tusla has said that it is unacceptable that children in asylum centres are at risk of abuse.

It comes after a Hiqa report published yesterday highlighted fears for safety of children in direct provision.
