The referendum on lowering the age of presidential candidates has been defeated.

The referendum on lowering the age of candidates for Presidential elections has been resoundly rejected across all 43 constituencies.

The national turnout was similar to the gay marriage referendum, but it was defeated by 73% to 26%.
