O'Brien wins High Court case against RTE

Denis O'Brien and IBRC have won High Court orders against RTE stopping the businessman's confidential arrangments with the bank being published or broadcast.

The details of Mr Justice Donald Binchy's decision cannot be reported until his written judgment is redacted of sensitive information next week.
