Policing Authority will be 'a critical friend of the Garda Siochána'

The new Policing Authority will advertise for staff next month, and hopes to have its first meetings in September.

The Justice Minister Frances Fitzgerald has published the Bill to establish the Garda Siochána Policing Authority today.
