Revenue officers discover €80k of cannabis at mail centre

Around €80,000 worth of cannabis has been found at Portlaoise Mail Centre.

The seizure was made by Revenue officers yesterday.

Sniffer dog Stella found 4kgs of the drug during routine profiling on a parcel from West Africa which was en route to an address in South Dublin.

Investigations are ongoing.
