Gardaí hunt for 18-yr-old wanted in UK in connection with rape investigation

Gardaí have launched an appeal to find an 18-year-old man who is wanted in the UK in connection with rape, theft and assault allegations.

Ryan Humpage is wanted by police in Lancashire, England, who have issued an appeal through Crimewatch UK.

They say that he is known to travel around the UK and has friends in Belfast, Scotland, Blackpool, Northumbria and Northamptonshire.

Gardaí have established that Mr Humpage has travelled to Ireland in recent weeks and was in Co. Kildare last week.

It is also believed that he was previously in Co. Sligo and may be using various aliases, which include Dylan Dunne, Ryan Willington, Ryan Williams and Karl Ward.

Gardaí are appealing for anyone with information to immediately contact Naas Garda station on 045 884300.
