Government accused of 'pussyfooting' around RTÉ

The Government has been accused by Independent Broadcasters of Ireland (IBI) of 'pussyfooting' around RTÉ.

The comments come after it emerged that a new Broadcasting Charge will not come on stream until after the election next year.
