Woman at centre of assisted suicide case was pledged 30% of deceased's estate

An assisted suicide trial has heard today that Gail O'Rorke was to receive around 30% of the late Bernadette Forde's estate.

The taxi driver from Kilclare Gardens, Tallaght denies helping the 51-year-old MS sufferer to end her life in June, 2011.
