Revenue collected almost 10% more tax last year

A total of €41.4bn in tax was collected by Revenue last year, an increase of 9.3% on 2013 levels.

All of the main taxheads recorded growth with Income Tax up 8.8%, Corporation Tax and VAT up 8.1% and Stamp Duty up 26%.
