35 beds opened at University Hospital Galway to deal with overcrowding

An additional 35 beds are to be opened at University Hospital Galway in a bid to deal with overcrowding.

Members of the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation have come to an agreement with management to have four extra nurses on duty in the facility's emergency department.
