Varadkar: Free GP care for young and old 'should not be means tested'

The Health Minister Leo Varadkar says free GP care for the under sixes and over 70s should not be means tested.

Mr Varadkar addressed members of the Irish Medical Organisation at its AGM in Kilkenny this afternoon.
