Irish Water apologises for sending bill to man they knew had died

Irish Water has today apologised for sending a bill addressed to man who they knew was deceased.

Jessica Montague said she was shocked and upset to receive the bill addressed to her late husband Alan Montague, with "R.I.P." in brackets beside it.
