Eamonn Lillis to be freed today
Eamonn Lillis is expected to be released from prison today after serving just over five years for killing his wife Celine Cawley.
The former television executive was jailed in February 2010 after being found guilty of manslaughter.
Lillis killed his wife during a row at the family home on Windgate Road in the north Dublin suburb of Howth in December 2008.
As a result of good behaviour at Wheatfield Prison he qualifies for a remission of a quarter of his sentence and is expected to walk free today.
