Property tax cap a possibility as valuations increase

A cap may be placed on the property tax when the three-year freeze expires next year.

According to the Sunday Times, Finance Minister Michael Noonan has told his parliamentary party it would be "absolute madness" to allow property taxes shoot up with property prices.
