Taoiseach rejects water-charges criticism from 'man with two pints in his hand'

Taoiseach Enda Kenny said that he recently rejected criticism of water charges from a man who was holding two pints, saying that they cost the equivalent of ten weeks of water.

Enda Kenny has again faced criticism in the Dáil for reports that the Government may allow unpaid bills to be deducted directly from wages.
