An Irish-American tycoon who owns a number of country homes and estates in Ireland has struck a deal for one of Dublin’s most exclusive hotels.

Billionaire John C Malone has teamed up with property development and hospitality experts Paul Higgins and Lalco to buy the former Four Seasons Hotel in Ballsbridge.
