Siteserv criticises TD over sale allegations

Infrastructure company Siteserv has hit back at what they say are unfounded accusations over its sale.

The company was sold to Millington in 2012 by IBRC.

But TD Catherine Murphy had questioned why the state body accepted a bid of €45 million, despite Siteserv owing €150 million.

Siteserv publicly denied these accusations in 2012.

They say any attempt to continually portray the transaction negatively is "without foundation" and "agenda-driven."

The firm says the Millington bid was viewed as being in the best interest of the company and its employees.
