Body recovered in search for missing Galway teenager

A body has been found in the search for a missing teenager in Galway.

The body of a man was recovered from the water in the Bridge Street area of the city at around 10am today.

Gardaí say he has not yet been positively identified and a post mortem is due to take place tomorrow.

The discovery was made during the search for 19-year-old Brian Gubbins who was last seen in a nightclub in Galway on Thursday.
