24-year veteran at Letterkenny hospital resigns over lack of resources

A top cancer surgeon working in Donegal is to leave his post next month, due to a lack of resources at Letterkenny hospital.

Urologist and surgeon Kevin Moran said he no longer has the resources to take care of his patients.
