Government to announce regional strategy on jobs today

The Government is announcing its regional strategy under the Action Plan for Jobs this morning.

The Taoiseach, Tánaiste and Minister for Jobs will announce how the government intends to accelerate jobs recovery in every part of the country.

The plan intends to support an additional 100 thousand jobs by 2016 and to get Ireland back to a top-five ranking in international competitiveness.
