Gardaí investigating Molloy death make an arrest

Gardaí investigating the murder of Kevin Molloy, whose body was discovered at Glendhu Road on February 1, have made an arrest this morning.

The man is aged in his early 20s and is being detained at Finglas Garda Station under the provisions of Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984.

An incident room has been established at Cabra Garda Station after the body of the 41-year-old was discovered at the house.

Gardaí have appealed for anyone who was in the Glendhu Road area of Cabra between January 20 and February 1 or anyone who may have saw Kevin Molloy in the area during that time, to contact Cabra Garda Station on 01 6667400, The Garda Confidential Line 1800 666111 or any Garda Station.
