Pyrite Resolution Board to report to Oireachtas today
The Pyrite Resolution Board is delivering its latest progress report to TDs and Senators this afternoon.
The presence of pyrite in underfloor filling in houses and apartments has led to devastating damage to thousands of properties.
Last week it was announced that the Pyrite Remediation Scheme was being extended to Dun Laoghaire/Rathdown and South Dublin County Council areas.
Previously, it only dealt with homes in Fingal and Dublin City Council, as well as Kildare, Meath and Offaly.
Members of the Pyrite Resolution Board will deliver their progress report to the Dáil's Environment Committee.
