Householders boil snow for water as Northern Ireland Water staff strike

Beleaguered householders have been forced to boil snow and river water during industrial action by Northern Ireland Water staff.

Up to 6,500 homes and business across the North were still without water as unions and the UK government-owned company prepared to meet to discuss the crisis.
