Man arrested in connection with stolen vehicles

A man, who was arrested in connection with an operation targeting stolen cars, has been released without charge.

The 26-year-old was detained in Kilmacanogue, Co Wicklow, yesterday evening and taken to Dun Laoghaire Garda station.

A van which had been stolen from Blackrock in Co Dublin earlier this month was recovered at the scene.

A file on the case is being prepared for the DPP.
