Man killed after 4X4 crashes into wall

A 60-year -old man has died after a single-vehicle crash in Galway last night.

The man was injured when his 4X4 crashed into a wall at Liosbán Industrial Estate at around 10pm.

He was later pronounced dead at University College Hospital in Galway.

The scene has been preserved for a technical examination and diversions are in place.

Gardaí are appealing for witnesses.
