Union chief wants new public-sector pay talks

The leader of the country's largest union is calling for fresh talks regarding public-sector pay before the Haddington Road Agreement expires next year.

SIPTU chief Jack O'Connor says due to the faster than expected recovery of the Irish economy, the agreement should be revisited.
