HSE 'to review case of Cobh father' after tragic deaths
The Health Service Executive is reportedly set to review the case of Cork man Michael Greaney - who died alongside his wife on Sunday - less than two months after leaving the Central Mental Hospital in Dublin.
The couple's eldest daughter remains in a serious but stable condition in hospital after being injured in the incident in Cobh.
