Irish MEPs have all signed a joint letter demanding that the ECB President Mario Draghi appear before the Banking Inquiry.

The letter, which was co-ordinated by Independent MEP Marian Harkin, was drafted in response to Mr Draghi’s contention that he is answerable to the European Parliament and not to the Parliaments of Member States.
