Police investigating the murder of a man outside his home after a “verbal altercation” with a group of youngsters tonight charged a 13-year-old boy with killing him.

Christopher John Barry, aged 53, also known as Jack, was stabbed at his home in Edmonton, north London, on Sunday evening after he was said to have been involved in an incident with a group trying to get into a party at another address in the block of flats.
