Six arrested in connection with illegal manufacture of medicines

Six men have been arrested in a Garda operation into the illegal manufacture and trafficking of medicines.

All six were detained in the south east of the country following searches over the past year which have uncovered factories in which medicines and other controlled substances were made in counties Tipperary, Limerick, Kilkenny and Galway/Roscommon.
