PSNI arrest four after seizing gun and ammunition in Belfast

Four people have been arrested after an assault rifle and ammunition have been recovered from a car, which was stopped in west Belfast.

Detectives investigating dissident republican activity stopped a vehicle on the Grosvenor Road last night.

A 29-year-old man was detained at the time and three others arrested in a follow-up operation in the Springfield Road.
