One care home resident 'was restrained so much that their face turned blue'

A centre in Co Meath for people with intellectual disabilities says it has serious concerns about the accuracy of a damning HIQA report.

The Health Information and Quality Authority says there was a significant denial of residents' civil, legal and human rights at the Redwood Extended Care Facility in Stamullen.
