Poll shows less than half of voters intend to pay water charge

Less than half of respondents to a recent poll said that they intend to pay the water charge.

The Irish Times has carried out an Ipsos MRBI poll on Irish voters, which found that 48% of 1,200 voters polled said that they would pay it.
