Bus drivers could face fines for being rude

New rules for bus companies could see drivers being fined for being rude.

The National Transport Authority has told Bus Éireann and Dublin Bus that fines will be applied if buses are dirty, if the first and last services of the day leave earlier or later than scheduled and if drivers are not polite.
