Study: More than 90% of sex crimes don't reach justice system

Less than one in ten cases of sex crimes ever reach the criminal justice system, according to a study by UCD School of Applied Social Science.

The study has found that most sexual crime goes unreported.

The study claims that victims, offenders and their families would benefit more from a system of restorative justice.
