Former Justice Minister Alan Shatter has said he is disappointed that work he started on migrants rights has not been continued by his successor Frances Fitzgerald.

Mr Shatter was speaking at an event organised by the Migrant Rights Centre, which is calling on the Government to regularise undocumented migrants.
