Audio: Taoiseach expects greater flexibilty in medical card system

The Taoiseach Enda Kenny says a flexibility will be shown in the Government's revised medical card strategy.

The Coalition will announce the moves this afternoon and it is expected to see more people qualify on a discretionary basis.
