Water-charges: No PPS numbers to register, and charges of €100 and €60 capped to 2019

Environment Minister Alan Kelly has taken his feet in the Dáil to announce a range of measures on water charges.

"This is a significant moment for the county," he said. "We as a Government have made mistakes…We needed to listen to the people and take stock and I believe we have done that."
