Report concludes State failing its duties in 'everyday' rights

A new report will tell the UN that the Irish state is failing in its duties on "everyday" rights.

The report, entitled "Our Voice, Our Rights," was drawn up from research co-ordinated by the Free Legal Advice Centres.
