Explosive device hits PSNI patrol
Police officers in the North have escaped injury after their vehicle was struck by what is believed to be an explosive device.
The attack happened in the sectarian interface area of Twaddell Avenue in North Belfast.
The road has been closed while the PSNI examines the scene.
A spokesman for the force said: “A police vehicle was struck with what is believed to be an explosive device. There are no reports of any injuries.”
