Farmers threaten further blockade over beef prices
Farmers say they'll blockade beef factories in another protest this Sunday - if a deal can't be reached on prices.
Members of the IFA held a 24 hour protest last week at the country's processors - to voice their anger over the ongoing beef price crisis.
A number of beef processors have increased their prices, but the Farmers' Journal says it's not the blanket increase farmers had hoped for.
The newspaper says it understands that the country's main processors will not be making a decision on price before the end of the week.
