O'Dowd: Still time for Government to get it right on Irish Water

Former Minister Fergus O'Dowd says he will not be resigning from Fine Gael.

It follows a call from the Mayor of Drogheda for deputy O'Dowd to consider his position over Irish Water, which Mr O'Dowd helped set up.
