Gardaí appeal for witnesses to Donegal house fire that kills man

Gardaí investigating a fatal house fire in Donegal are appealing for witnesses.

A man in his 40s died in the blaze at Carnmalin on Malin Head shortly after midnight.

He was pronounced dead at the scene and his body remains at the scene as a technical examination takes place.

No other injuries have been reported, but Gardaí sat there was serious damage to the house.
