Concerns raised about lavish spending at State-funded group over a year ago

It has emerged that an official complaint was made about spending at Hepatitis lobby group Positive Action more than a year ago.

In September 2013, officers at Pearse Street Garda station were asked to investigate the alleged misuse of public money by the organisation.
