Councillor’s daughter killed in Donegal accident

A 19 year-old woman who was killed in a car crash in Donegal in the early hours of this morning is the daughter of Fine Gael County Councillor Martin Harley.

Kym Harley was a front seat passenger in the car which hit a hedge and overturned at around 4.25am in Ballybofey, just 500m from her home.
