Creche charged in connection with alleged mistreatment of children

A North Dublin creche is being prosecuted following an investigation by RTE's Prime Time into alleged mistreatment of children.

The Links Creche and Montessori in Abington, Malahide, and its director Deirdre Kelly from Saint Olaves, Kinsealy, has been brought to court by the Child and Family Agency on a total of 24 summonses under the Childcare Act.
