World record attempt starts today for longest-ever conversation in Irish
A world record attempt for the longest Irish language conversation ever is being launched today and will run until October 12.
The conversation will take place over 169 hours "as Gaeilge". Sessions are being organised by more than 70 groups in places as far flung as Sydney and Toronto.
Comhrá'14 is being streamed live on snag.ie where seven days of Irish language chat can be seen and heard non-stop from start to finish.
